Measurement methods:
  • Visual testing
  • Penetration testing
  • Ultrasonic inspection
  • Pressure water or helium leak detection
  • Electromagnetic measurements:
    • Electromagnetic dynamo sheet properties: Brockhaus C510 – resolution 0.001 W/kg
    • Hysteresis losses, frequency and measurement of next quantities in our test field of electric machines
Precision Measurement Instruments, e.g.:
  • 3 D measurement device Aberlink Zenithtoo
    • Work-table dimensions 1,000 x 1,500 mm
    • Measurement accuracy ±0.008/300mm
    • Resolution 0.0005 mm
    • Fitted with a measuring edge or a CCD camera
  • 3 D Leica Absolute Laser Tracker
    • Measuring volume 50 m, 360° horizontally, 45° vertically
    • Accuracy in the volume of 2.5x10x5 m: ±10µm + 5 µm/m
    • Resolution 0.001 mm

Environment management system

TES VSETÍN also pays close attention to issues connected with environment quality improvement.

We have implemented system measures dedicated to the implementation and certification of the environment management system.
Corporate management has laid out an Environment Policy.

TES VSETÍN has a contractual agreement of mutual cooperation with EKO-KOM, a.s. and is an active participant in the EKO-KOM packaging waste recovery program.

In June 2010 we have successfully implemented the environment management system in compliance with the ISO 14001:2004 standard.

Safety at work

Another priority is to secure and improve safety conditions and health protection.

Measures taken to this end include:
  • Regular inspections and checks of the Safety and Health Protection status
  • Pre-emptive measures in the area of risk management
  • Employee training

We have been adapting these measures to changing conditions with the aim to improve the working conditions and the working environment.
